Today we had two inches of snow on the ground when we awoke to this spring day. It has been cool but it is melting fast.
Maren and Landon had Brinlie blessed today. We went to the Rock Church in Kaysville where they attend and had the blessing there and then we went to Shirley and Evan Gentile's house for a dinner. It was fun to spend time with family and the meal with cold cuts, croissants, salads, hotlinks and desserts was good. Everyone from both sides of the family provided something and it was yummy.
BJ wrote this week, "we've been working pretty hard, talking a lot about baptism, working on progressing the investigators that we have now and trying to add others to our group. the lord has been especially good to us this last week and it has been a good experience for me to learn and grow from. nothing really stands out for me right now, things are going good here...things are great with my companion and i don't think there has been a time better than now in the mission in which i've been more united with my companion and the spirit has been working more in what we are doing"
Erick has been working on the pond in the back yard when he has free time. He mostly spent his time working and going to school. He took Kyle to his first soccer practice yesterday.
Kyle spent the night with us on Friday and then Erick took him to his game.
Lexie had her dance recital yesterday. It was packed so tight Nikki said that you could not even move. Ashton sat on my lap for a while today and then started crying when he realized that his mother was gone.
Michelle and Daniel were excited to learn that Ethan and Hailee were accepted to the Syracuse Art Academy for next school year.
Nathan graduated from his OBT this week. Sara and the boys went for the graduation and got to spend some time with him. David got the scissors and cut a hole in their couch and the couch cover today and then cut his hair to the scalp so Sara was not a happy mother.
